What tires do you have on your R1T? You will get better performance with street tires. Also did you launch with your foot on the brake at full throttle? Seems like 3.1 or even 3.3 is pretty close to the best time you could possibly get. Seems pretty nitpicky to me.
I am impressed with all of the 3d printed mods that are coming out for the Rivian vehicles and I am particularly excited about this one. Unfortunately I don’t own a 3d printer. Anybody interested in printing these for me? I am happy to pay for the time and effort.
Over the 2 1/2 years I have owned my R1T I have tried 3 different Center Console Organizers and the Rivian version recently added to the Gear Shop is by far the best. The two tier setup is perfect and you still have room below the organizer. The space in front makes it much easier to remove...
When I have activated Cruise control and am forced to switch lanes as I approach a slower vehicle it takes a long time for my R1T to accelerate to my set speed. This can often be dangerous if you move to a lane where there are vehicles traveling faster speeds. I understand I can accelerate...
I subscribed to Connect+. I’m not certain whether I received priority treatment but I did receive this update yesterday afternoon which is much quicker than I normally do. Usually I end up waiting a few days to receive an update once it’s released from beta testing. It may be a coincidence...
It still amazes me that Rivian owners are so worked about having to subscribe to over the air connectivity after paying what they did for a premium vehicle. I’m not aware of any auto manufacturer that is offering free over the air connectivity over the long term.
I have the same issue as well. I now have to turn up the volume to the same level I used prior to the previous update. I’m not completely sure this is a problem. Keep in mind that just because the gain was increased doesn’t mean the auto quality was improved.
The volume levels on all the Apple music songs Dolby Atmos or not are not as loud on my R1T after the update. Has anybody else experienced the same thing?
I just installed the @EV Sportline RMAXX Gear Tunnel Slide along with the 3 Drawer and Large Open Container on my Rivian R1T. This setup is a great design and easy to install and is a very reasonable price considering the quality of the materials. I saw the thread comparing the various gear...
I have always done a 4 tire rotation. The first time you have to buy new tires use your new spare, buy 3 new tires and use the best of your used tires as a spare. Also, the spare in my R1T weighs a ton and is a pain to include in a 5 tire rotation.
When you say if you don’t need a truck go with a Tesla can you be more specific. I have experience with both Teslas and the Rivian R1T which I have owned since 3/22. If you want to save money by all means consider the Model Y unless you can wait for the R2 which I predict will be a far...
