Question, I submitted a service ticket for a TCM (likely replacement) and got scheduled for August 30th. Not happy about that long of a wait. Anyone have any experience escalating or attempting to get an earlier appointment? I get I need to wait like everyone else, but it seems like 10 weeks...
Same issue, I am scheduled for August 30th which is totally unacceptable IMO...
TCM aka telecom module might need to be replaced...I get things break, but the timeline to replace seems a bit long. I guess it is not a tier 1 issue, as the car drives, but certainly more important than panel...
I can’t believe they are serious…I ignore all the doom and gloom usually, even starting from my pre-order in 2019, but this is totally unsustainable and makes me worried about survival. They simply cannot have 10+ week waits for service appoints for semi major issues and keep customers happy...
So as the title says GPS, SOS, Cell/LTE, Nav, WiFi not working...Tried soft reset, no change. Tried the hard reset and get the message to keep holding for 15 seconds but no hard reset happens.
Can drive it and most other functions work. Can use the phone close by with BT to open doors, etc...
My far and away biggest issue is seat comfort...I find the seat the most uncomfortable car seats I or anyone I have sit in the vehicle have ever used.
Otherwise, the vehicle is absolutely awesome, and I would not take a Raptor for free (or would sell rapidly), so likely disagree w/ most of your...
