Email customer service for access. I actually got it by going to the service center but many people here have had luck by asking. I’d say you’d likely need to be an early to mid-2021 preorder to get it for R1S.
Preorder in 2021. Never changed configuration. Denied Shop access 3 times before granted on 8/7 in the late evening.
Early on 8/8 my exact preorder configuration hit the shop. The configuration that I ordered 2+ years ago and never changed. Go figure. Happy none the less!

I wanted 20”s but I never changed my configuration from 3yrs ago. I never wanted my delivery to get delayed and the closer I got to my date the more I was tempted but never pulled the trigger.

From what I’m reading it does appear that filing an amended 2022 return will be necessary. Kind of lame, but if there is advice out there I’m happy to hear it. Thanks!

yes multiple times. I actually emailed them this last night at 12am my time and am waiting on their response as why this can’t be an option for me if I want it. I could even make the 6 hour drive. Not a big deal.
