Pretty sure Rivian could give a crap about some individual doing this. My guess is they do not want someone reserving 20 trucks and selling them

Once you purchase the car you can whatever the heck you want. It is not Rivian’s car after someone takes delivery. I will be keeping my R1S, but do not blame anyone for making a profit.

Probably just angle, the back, side windows look small on those 4 R1S’. Actually that whole upper rear portion looks odd. Probably nothing but an off angle and background

I agree this is a big deal for some, me for sure. How the second and third row function for a family may be a deal breaker. If it is a deal breaker, I am just happy I have a Launch Edition so I can sell it off for a big profit based on the other thread......joking, kind of!

Same, I originally had 22s on our configuration, but switched to A/Ts after seeing so many R1Ts with them and living in MN. I still really like both.

Kind of funny, a MASSIVE truck pulls up in front of our house today. Not normal in our neighborhood. It says auto-transport on the side. Just thought of this when looking at your nice pictures. I wonder how long it will take someone to open the rear door from the inside and hit it on the camp kitchen? I know that is something my kids would do. I am sure that would leave a really nice ding on the door! Maybe there is a feature...

Yep, all that is over my head. It does however make a significant difference to the estimate and does not involve any sort of complex math/physics. You know how forums work, someone (many people) will read that and make the blanket assumption of a 35% range hit.
