@Ohm Boy ? bravo, I needed it for a trip. I suppose you might need to learn: asking for something politely taking into information available - they are selling it. Got me what I needed.
@Tlohrenz Just message in the Rivian chat they sent me mine in a week. VIN 37K. All I said was you guys are selling one on the shop can I get mine now?
A few responses already, I have Emporia much smarter. I can change how much power I want to supply from the app and can plug into allow you to charge from Excess Solar.
Similar story like OP for me 2024 Dual Large R1T picked up late Aug 24
Screens going black and essentially rebooting while in Highway Assist at 70 mph. Highway Assist Malfunction and then screens rebooted.
Lot of sluggishness on the screens
Locking and unlocking ? issues with the phone and keycard
I have a Gen1 2024 RT1 Dual Large 21" Road Wheels. I do intend to go in winter to Tahoe. I'm in Fremont 230 miles to Incline Vilage. Even with 100% (360 miles) start a charge stop would be warranted. Anyone with a similar config done the drive in winter?
Got the truck less than a month ago wanted to see max range. Let it charge to full battery but the time keeps moving to the right for full charge. I have a 2024 Dual Large rated for 352 miles. Showed 97% at 351 miles never goes past the 351 when charging but does move to 98 - 99% after another...
Also they should have made it easier to allow us to put in our own SIM card. I talked to the Rivian after sales rep he mentioned they use AT&T. I have an extra line free on T-Mobile which I could use. Now it's have a Krave an extra phone in case I don't want to use mine.
I did the same thing. I had ordered an Gen2 R1S with the intention of buying it outright. Switched over to leasing 2024 R1T. This will allow me to test it out and I can still write it off with section 179 if I chose to keep it or write off the lease. Glad I leased.
