waterport makes a 5 galon one that has a hitchmount that could easily be modified to attach to the shuttle. I have one and it works great. (I did switch to a better hose and brass hardware).

Another post has a rakattach used. He said, without a bike rack attached, the tailgate does not hit rakattach when opened or closed. He was using large rakattach.
