Concerning. Not sure if it makes me feel better that someone else has the issue too, or worse. Was it a mistake they opened up at all, or just an error with the process at the moment? Obviously, hoping for the latter... haven't heard back from my guide either.
So the 8 steps unlocked for me this morning... I got through step 2 for the appraisal on the trade-in, then came back to it a few minutes later and the steps are gone now and I'm back to just a regular configuration screen. ?
This is the sort of thing that confuses the heck out of me in regards to their communication... how can he know the truck is going through the line if it doesn't have a VIN? Why is my guide telling me he doesn't know anything UNTIL he gets a VIN?
How much do you want to bet that it's all on a...

I had the first drive-in in Dallas on Tuesday morning. They told me during the drive that this was the very first in Texas as far as First Mile drives, and that it would be a regular thing going forward. First, they were doing it with LE holders that were nearest the Dallas SC, and then it would...
This was the First Mile Mobile event, where you sign up via your account page (I think it was only available to a certain number of pre-order holders, probably by order date), and they brought the vehicle to your house for a demo and test drive.
Apparently, I was the very first in Dallas...
