So he already gave you your VIN? My guide seems to have no idea of the actual status of the truck or when I'll get a VIN. Signed the PBA last Wednesday.

The Rivian tailgate does have cables. They are also visible in some of the shots above. Great info though outside of that.

This is pretty much identical to what I was told, except I live less than a mile from the service center.

Guide call yesterday, and signed PBA while on the call. Similar information as reported in this thread... should have a VIN 1-2 weeks, with expected delivery end of May or sooner.

I did the same and got the same response, definitely legit. Moving forward!

Also received my guide email Saturday morning with a call scheduled for Wed the 27th. I was pretty confused with the 'Charging on the go' subject line, but it does sound like people with the same email received different guide names, and it's in my account too so seems legit.

Mine is also inaccessible.

Tesla offers ride share credits when the vehicle is in the shop for an extended time... so not sure this is a 'legacy' thing. Typically, only luxury brands like Lexus/BMW/etc offered loaners and even they don't seem to do that anymore in my experience.
