Have not had the opportunity to check it but we suspect not. Rivian's website states their OEM filter is not compatible with Gen 2. The service manual shows it's the same process to replace it though. Shoot us a DM or email if you're interested in confirming.

Through the laws of physics, a finer filtration will have an impact on the airflow. That said we have not noticed a difference running it in our R1T for more than a month now.

AS @beatle pointed out, no SnapPlate does not screw up the 360 view. It is slightly visible on the front camera depending on plate height. So is the factory drilled mount but they did reduce it's view on the Gen2.
