The Rivian home charger

Happening daily now, not getting a charge overnight at all now. Rivian tells me it is a known issue and will fix on next update. In the meantime they tell me to just go to nearest charger location. To me it does not seem they are moving fast enough fixing this. Am I the only one that is upset...

I have had this problem too. Just had it happen again overnight. All I had to do is hit wake vehicle in the app and it started charging again. I called service and they wanted pictures of my charger it’s dip switched and circuit breaker. Told them it was the truck but they think it is charger.

Update for me. They got a new front drive assembly into the shop and started to replace. They noticed the bearings on the front wheel were worn out. They replaced them without replacing the drive assembly. Test drove it for 30 minutes and it was fixed.

I have a second wall charger on my rental cabin and just noticed that someone was charging on it today. There is no tenant at the moment so some saw it and decided to charge on it. Is there a lock recommendation for the handle to keep someone from using it without permission?
