Be happy you didn't have one in the summer time. The HVAC works a lot harder in the R1S, due to the larger cabin volume. Took forever to cool down our loaner R1S. Also, just so I know, did you go to Richmond or Gaithersburg?

I asked if they had visibility on which were affected and the rough answer I got was they're targeting every VIN that was assigned the first wave of updates, whether it was applied or not.

Just chatted with Rivian Support and was basically told all affected VINs are getting cataloged. They have all-hands on deck between the US and overseas S/W dev operations focused on a resolution. Affected owners will either be emailed or called with updates, based upon your contact preferences.

Yeah! The other options is to do Shop Through Chase from TireBuyer.com. They typically have a running discount code (8%), plus up to 5pts/$1 spent.

They do not qualify for that promotion, unfortunately. Typically, TerrainContact tires are usually excluded from the Continental Tire rebates. I've only seen them on promo once a year. EDIT: I'll still submit for the rebate just to see what happens.

I haven’t seen any feedback on the H/Ts so I’ll take one for the team and order the H/Ts. I got my R1T a bit sideways in the rain this week, on these now bald Pirellis. Not going to let that happen again…
