Can someone post a similar photo to mine so I can try to figure out what I may be missing here? It appears there’s a bolt next to my rear view camera that’s corroding due to a missing cap or similar. Took delivery 10 weeks ago (and am in Florida so no snow/ice here).

Weird, judging by the dates in your signature, I got mine just before you (Nov 2023) and Rivian said they couldn’t even provide me a quote anywhere in Florida. Maybe it changes daily or even hourly lol!

My homeowners also doubled $1600 to $3200, annually, evguy. Car has gone from $1100 to $2200 to $3300 in a year but only a 6 month premium. It’s crazy.

I’m in Florida. Rivian’s insurance company won’t write here. I have Costco’s connect by American family but they just raised my 6 month policy from $2200 to $3300. Nothing has changed. What companies can I shop around with? So many that I’ve tried either won’t write in Florida or don’t know what...

Yeah, I’m okay with 6 weeks with the holidays. Just wanted to let people know, it’ll be a bit before I have any sort of answer (I hope!) Biggest worry is that I take time off work, drive an hour each way, just to be told to wait until it really breaks

Next available appointment is 6 weeks away so I guess I’ll report back!

I’m asking Rivian support. But I park in the garage, have no snow or ice here. And only took delivery on Nov 10.

They appear to be aligned well. The loud pop occurs when it seems to get stuck and then like more quickly jumps open trying to finish at the same time as the other handles. Rivian chat advised me to do a vehicle restart. It didn’t help

Not performing as intended is failing. So yes, that’s exactly what I meant. For the price tag on this vehicle, everything should be working as advertised and they should be working to fix it if not.

So we’re expected to wait for it to fail completely before they’ll do anything about it?

Anyone else having issues with one door handle opening later and much louder than the rest? It only happens after it’s been locked for a while, like if you lock, unlock over and over again to see if it happens, it won’t. But every morning, leaving work, after it sits for a while, it does it...

Thank you! Hubby loves working on cars so he’ll probably do this and get me some side steps (4’11” height over here so even heel mode is high) since he doesn’t have a project car to restore right now.

Oh man! I didn’t know the dual motor had anything to do with the caliper color! Now I feel silly. I thought maybe the wheels change caused it. I did get the dual motor but I do have the yellow outline on the badges though they’re difficult to notice.

Might sound silly to all of you all but in order to get my compass yellow exterior, I agreed to the 22” wheels instead of dark 23” I had on order. Much to my surprise, my calipers aren’t yellow like every other Rivian I’ve seen photos of and in person around town. I really wanted them to match...
