Mine hasn't worked correctly in months; it won't keep the steering wheel position height. It used to error out a lot before they added the calibration tool. However, sounds like you need to run the calibration tool under service in settings. Would probably fix your problem. Good luck!

Soooo, just went on a 1000 mile round trip - road trip with lots of 75 mph + roads. I would say road force balancing didn't fix anything and I was caught up in being optimistic. Will probably try the service center again...

Got my tires road force balanced by Discount Tire. They said two of the tires were out of balance by a noticeable amount and they were able to bring down the road force quite a bit as well. $100 all in. The tech that worked on my truck said they had quite a few Rivians in for this "problem"...

There is no good reason, other than a lack of other solutions. I love the truck but the service has been hit and miss.

I've had a similar issue. Really bad at 70+mph. Rivian service center rebalanced tires early in the my ownership which was a moderate improvement, however once I got the tires rotated it came back. Brought back to Rivian and was told it's normal. Going to Discount tire today to have road force...

Does anyone have any insight into whether they will offer the manual in the gear-shop? We took a truck early and due to the yanking of accessories at the last minute lost our manual cover accessory during purchase.

I don't think it affects every truck. Total conjecture on my part, but my truck might be early enough of a VIN to still have the welded sub frames. Makes me wonder if that's part of the problem. Curious to see how you feel about the suspension noises after you pick-up your truck :)

As a value proposition, at the new price, I do feel it is worth it! Would I buy it at that price? No, but that's because it would be too much for myself. However as a pre-march purchase, every time I get in it I feel like stole something.
