Thanks. While I like the smaller form factor of the 4, I just can't justify the added expense to go from 3x to 4. I haven't run into any thermal issues myself. If I do, an upgrade may then be justified.

Is it worth upgrading from a 3x to a 4 at this point? I haven't looked into the 4, but I'm assuming it has more processing power and is more than just a smaller form factor. I'm assuming in the future there may be functionality that the 4 will get the that 3x will not due to hardware differences.

No, if you are having the issue just reach out to them. I had it on 5### vin and I had a shim kit in my hands within a few days free of charge.

You can request a shim kit to correct that. Some of the earlier VINs one of the doors doesn’t drop as low.
