Seems that the holes for the jack pucks are to small on the set of sliders I received. I made a post on this back in February. I was told it was probably a bad set of picks. I don’t believe America’s tire, Rivian and now my set of Jackpucks all are bad. Anyone else have this issue?

June 1st, 2022 delivery. Just received my shipping confirmation email for my adapter.

My vehicle was delivered June 1st. VIN 54XX. Still waiting for my email. I might send Rivian an email this week if I don’t hear anything.

I wasn't on the opt-ed in list either. They had to add me manually. Did they mention if we will receive the address confirmation email? When they added me manually the agent told me she is going to check off that my address was confirmed. I have a 6/22 delivery, still waiting on the address...

The tech was telling me the OBC error is probably causing the XMM error. After they switched my L2 charger out both my OBC and XMM errors have disappeared.

I just received my opt-in email on 5/1/24. My vin is 55XX. I called Rivian when I didn’t receive the email the first round. They assured me they will add my name to the list. And I will be placed inline according to my vin. Receiving this email makes me think otherwise. Fingers crossed.
