Finally figured it out. one of the Terminals of the horn had come unplugged. It was like that from the beginning - at first I thought it must be 'open' for a reason and that something would connect to it. The video had no mention of such a connection so lost its thought and buttoned everything...

@Rivian Owner - yes i did...I remove it and reseated it to make sure it was in fully in. Cant figure out what could be the problem

@RealWheelsEV or anyone! So i did the install and wired everything as per the videos but i dont think the air horn is engaging.. when i test it.. i think the original horn is the one that i hear… any ideas? Please DM me if you are around… was trying to take advantage if a 60deg day to get this...
