Truck is awake. I’m guessing the new battery is physically installed now and they are trying to sync up the software versions between the battery and the truck. Looks like they are having a hard time with it.

Yeah it’s just a generalized quote. Mine’s in the shop right now and it says “Remove and Replace Hydraulic Suspension” but it’s just so they can grease the axle bolt for the tocking sound.

I’ve only seen a few instances of it. And it’s typically a leaking damper or connection. Usually not a major failure.

Update: Finally heard back from Rivian today -- it took some escalation to get their service center to finally reach out (I don't understand why.). So the truck was placed on a "parts hold" as they ordered an entire new HV battery pack. Apparently the battery came in today and the technician...

There is no permanent fix.

My R1T broke down at 800 miles and has been in the shop for a week with a high voltage battery failure. Honestly I’m not sure if I could trust it on any “adventure” at this point. If I ever get it back from the non-responsive service center in Dallas, it’s going to take a while to earn that trust.
