Ok, so my T came with 22s and I drove 12k miles with them. Ended up doing more off roading and those sharper rocks are tough to avoid. I got lucky with no flats. Changed to Dark 20s last Sept.
Normal day to day driving about the same...mostly City driving. On LTs with 63psi so the net road...

I'm doing a similar route this summer (with adapter). Keep in mind the I94 route has v3 TSC east of Billings. I90 is v2 east of Billings. Your route will probably depend on if you have an adapter.
Do charging research for Lassen. Almost hit it last summer on way back from Tahoe but bailed. Seemed to require a long L2 charge. Things may have changed with TSC access
That and the NEC requires a derate for continuous use with EVSEs. As others have said, charging at the max 48amp requires 60amp breaker. 6/3 romex is 55amp max which doesn't include the derate
