Happens to me too, even if the truck is locked. I finally just removed it from Bluetooth completely.

I had the same issue. Finally called Rivian support. After confirming I had given Alex access to my contacts in the Alexa app, they had me do a reset on the truck via the steering wheel and hazard button and after that it works.
