    All depends on the capability of the local mobile tech team I think. Rivian reached out to ours here to verify they were comfortable doing it via mobile before scheduling the appointment.

    It's parts availability. Mine was scheduled mid-October to allow for the parts to be in stock.

    If you move far enough away from an SC, the Rivian mobile service has been absolutely amazing in my experience. Hope your service center experience improves!

    You could hardwire the 12V add-on plug to the terminals on the one in the gear tunnel, then you would not have the extra plug hanging there to plug in each time you went to use the one you added in the bed.
