I had the trim piece popped out on delivery of my R1T, they fixed it with a mobile service appointment when they got one in stock. Took about 2-3 weeks.

Literally every time people say this and I literally never get the email. In fact the website says "Soon" we'll be reached out to. I almost guarantee it won't happen by when the bill gets signed. Sigh...
The most important email this company could send, and it only sends to a group of people. I didn't get one. This is obnoxious. I reached out yesterday and they confirmed all would get it.
