  1. PSA: Gear Shop bundles and sales

Hmm if only I had one more referral so I can get that travel kitchen! And if I didn't already piece together most of that offroad recovery pack, I'd so get that bundle! Just need the boards.
  2. Wishlist of small things that Rivian can improve (that bug you)

FOB battery doesn't even last 6 months. Been through different brands and locations in the house. Whenever I attempt to use it - rarely - it's always DOA
  3. My Gen1 upper frunk storage solution: YSSOA 22-inch trunk organizers

Love (eye roll) when someone claims "ai spew" just because someone took the time to write a well structured post lmao It's the new "you're a hacker" "you're hacking" when you're seemingly too good at a particular game. Good ol "monkey see, monkey do" Thanks OP for the post! I may do this as well
  4. Dog Platform, Ramp or Stairs

I have 3 at the end of my blog :P
  5. Dog Platform, Ramp or Stairs

This is where I miss my RAM's flat floorboard. Really wish Rivian had this. Here's my setup in the R1T: https://blog.swezey.io/riding-b-ch-in-the-rivian-r1t-a-dog-cover-story-f4872cacdcd3?source=friends_link&sk=3086df7b684f3df214c46ab4fa5ca7a3 I added a piece of left over engineered hardwood...
  6. R1 Traditional Suspension Kit?

Yeah, I understand the sentiment here. But from a practical stand point. Not gonna happen. It's moving backwards. And the headaches to solve, once (if) solved, will be more expensive than the existing system. Don't buy an R1, or any premium vehicle, if you're unable or don't want to pay for...
  7. Article: Rivian CEO Has Never Been More Confident (with R2, R3, R4, R5, and potentially R6 coming)

Just left my employer rolled my 401k over into my IRA and hit buy all on more RIVN. RIVN gonna retire me early or leave me out in the streets I accept my fate
  8. V2 Powered Tonneau Cover ($3300 installed) now listed in Rivian Gear Shop

  9. Connect+ Renewal Already... Are You Renewing?

Worth it! Even when I don't drive a lot per year currently
  10. Forget about Gen 2, let's talk about Gen 3 R1!

Coming from a RAM. The Rivian is not a full size truck. It's in-between mid size and full.
  11. Forget about Gen 2, let's talk about Gen 3 R1!

You good boss? Need a welfare check or simply some readers?
  12. Forget about Gen 2, let's talk about Gen 3 R1!

Gen3 Wishlist * 800v architecture (hell by the time gen3 comes might as well skip and go to 1,200v) * Rear sets that fold up and back to have a solid flat floor. (My dogs and I miss this from my previous RAM) Get rid of that silly storage underneath. I have my frunk, gear tunnel, and trunk if I...

  14. Rivian surpasses Tesla! In depreciation...

My Riv took a -$9k+ hit in the last 30 days when comparing what Rivian would offer me. Crazy - poor me though. Locked into this 800+ HP multi personality & capable truck for a couple more years. /s
  15. Front tires slipping/skipping on full lock

I've never experience this (2+ years ownership) until this month. Perhaps I wasn't going full lockout? Anyways - glad I found this thread and it's "normal" and not service related issue.
  16. Washington [SOLD] WTS Electruck 4x4 Megawatt Rock Sliders for Gen1 R1T

Uh, I was just in WA earlier this month. Rats! Good luck w/ sale!
  17. Pet Comfort Mode sign - print your own (file attached)

Honestly, if Rivian would simply integrate CarPlay and have a 3d-image laser projector: we wouldn't need to print out signs like this. /s
  18. Pet Mode SoC Limited

If only the car was GPS aware and knew if it was located further than X miles from home/nearest charger... Then prompt the user with a warning. But ultimately let us decide if we want to risk it. But that's too sensible. I understand
  19. Pet Mode SoC Limited

Definitely kinks all the way around when you think about the UX as a whole. The nanny systems, I understand to a degree. But to your point - you could activate the system remotely. But now how to deal with the alarms/notifications. They need to lower or make the safety margin user adjustable...
