Why are the right side steering wheel button (x3) and the scroll wheel totally unused while driving? With a truck that only has 10 analog buttons it seems a huge waste of 4 of them. They would be well used. Take the Telsa model and let us configure them, or at the very least make them climate...

Curios if anyone has done a dyno run and compared specs across modes. All purpose/ vs sport vs rally. Also curios if height setting changes power output saw the video on YouTube where the wall messed with the safety systems. Rally would have bypassed that.

The Half shafts will be the next recall. I also think they will dial down the available power in higher suspension settings if they haven’t already in the last update.

I’ve driven three now (early and late vins ) and all had horrible CV noise at the high setting.

Simple. Buy a second used R1T and make sure it is fully charged before shipping it over. Swap the battery and wake the other one up. Working truck and spares moving forward.

with your new half shafts if you put the truck in high does it make noise under full or hard acceleration? Wondering if they updated the half shafts.

I get horrible front cv noise upon acceleration in all purpose high. Goes away on normal. Talked to tech and he said they all do it. Didn’t make me feel better.

I would call the service number and then ask to speak to your local service center which sounds like it’s normal. I would then ask for the service manager of the normal office and explain your problem to him / her. I probably spent 40 minutes with multiple people from the service center doing...

Hey I had the same. Phone would pair for audio/ phone but not as a key. Call to local service who said it needed to be done by a software engineer in cali OTA. Next day after the service call it paired immediately. If it doesn’t pair quickly don’t waste your time with resets and the like...

I experienced a week of random suspension and drive error messages that would come and go. Rivian told me to just drive it, which I did but eventually something did break. They still have it and I haven’t gotten a solid answer on what was / is broken.
