On a pixel 5 with Android 13 its working... It's sucking battery juice down like my phone is CONSTANTLY plugged in. 23% battery loss last night in 8.5hrs while I was sleeping and had everything closed. Ugh this is insane battery useage!

When i opened my current service ticket i made a comment about this, it's known, it's a problem / annoying, it's being worked. I would bet it's around the Bluetooth keyfob and current state of truck. (Deep sleep )

I did the same (XPEL) but matched my fronts to the rears (maybe should have done 45) plus the rear window and agree it's a noticeable difference, hell even my wife made a comment about how much cooler the truck is to her MX that only had ceramic on the fronts. 10/10 would do again!

The fob is suppose to get proximity features in the future. It uses Bluetooth communication so it's possible to do. This has been confirmed by a Rivian tech working with Reddit. Edit - with context

You can mute the turn by turn to just get a chime. Put in directions to somewhere, bottom left corner you'll have the map like then the middle will be a speaker icon with a line through it, that's the mute / chime. Press that to get Alexa talking again.

You could take the cover off and disconnect the LEDs but maybe the front one connected. It's daisy chain system starting with the controller board to the right side, middle then left. I would assume they're addressable but you MIGHT be able to unplug the left side and right side then maybe...
