They don't need to have test drives to fill any pending orders that they can fulfill for the remainder of the year. I wouldn't expect any demo R2s until 2027.
I used a ground that was sorta under the "gear track" in the back...I'm not sure if it's close enough to run the provided ground wire to the mounting space for the amp, but it was close enough to sit my amp in the sub trunk space above the spare tire space. There was nothing attached to this...
You do not need the knob per se. You can still adjust the bass in the EQ on the screen, you can also adjust the bass boost on the amp itself.
I just did the install yesterday and found that the key match and the algorithm still left some to be desired in my particular vehicle which is a heavily...
I'm not clear where the sub is located, mine may be extra challenging due to all the extra stuff in the door panels etc. Hopefully not, though may rule out this as a possibility.
lol no…they will only deliver launch editions in 26. Put this in context, they sell 40-50k R1 vehicles a year. They will easily be able to sell 20k R2 at 65k.
Once they retire the launch edition, which my guess wont be until they sell 50k plus, they will start selling dual motors for a long...
20k R2 over 6 months tells me the “launch editions” will be priced higher than I originally thought.
MMW these will be $65k each. Maybe 60-65k if there are any options to adjust price.
Yes and no. They still have to be able to sell this profitably and I believe they had the BOM figured out before tariffs and are likely paying more for some things than originally estimated even this was revealed some time ago.
We will know for sure on 3/12.
I’m still guessing launch is 60k...
Why not? I’m comparing price options. They are not making an economy vehicle here. This is going to be competing with BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, Polestar, & Tesla. This isn’t competing with a base Rav-4 on price.
it’s going to be 60-65….
look at the price delta between the R1. You can get a base awd for 84k or pay as much as 109k…The Tri starts at 107k (less than that maxed our DM) and quad at 122k
I expect a base awd would be 50k with (small battery) Probably 55k with the Big battery, but this...
Wrong, you've been corrected....Last earnings call he stated the "Launch Edition" would be a higher level trim that would attract the most people. It would be an AWD variant with the "performance unlock" so not top trim, not bottom trim, middle of the road with extras. It will be a lot more than...
Well, if 75 & 95 are not usable, just gross AND the 270 mile EPA RWD range is correct, then the efficiency of the motors would be higher assuming that 270 mile number is accurate and the battery sizes are also accurate. The rest of the numbers would not change. I would not be surprised to see...
If you take the 270 mile range for the base model and use some inference and basic math you’ll get range numbers that are pretty close based on those pack sizes.
270 mi/75 kwh usable is 3.6 mi/kwh on a single motor.
We know they’ll likely use the same motors in the front and rear for...
You bought an old model. They made improvements with new models. They are not going to go back and upgrade your old model to match the new models. No car company does this. You may want to go check out Chevrolet and see if they are reaching out to customers with old year models and doing free...
