These seem expensive when compared to the Continental TerrainContact tires, also 60 pounds each?!?! They are almost 20 pounds heavier than the TCs at the same size.
honestly your kids sound like weenies, I think they need to be toughened up a bit, after all “in my day” I walked to school in the snow uphill both ways! ?☺️
Due to unforeseen circumstances we've had another delay to the shipping. You will receive shipping info once it is sent out”
I sincerely hope this is a joke!
This is a really great deal as Tire Rack has them for $279. Thanks for posting! I NEVER remember the shop thru Chase thing.
Edit: I am only seeing 2pts/$1, but YMMV. Also Tire Rack does price matching and also offers the same 2pts/$1.
I also have the ChargePoint Home Flex. Got a credit and rebate from my utility provider and it was cheaper than the Rivian charger. I personally would look at alternatives beyond the Rivian charger.
You aren't going to want to plug into the wall, unless you have a dryer outlet - Level 1 110v...
I play to try out the manual until they figure out what is going on with the powered version, figured at pre-release pricing I should be able to sell it for what I paid for it if I want to upgrade to the PTC retrofit assuming it's available.
The tires I am removing are the stock Pirelli's and mine have the 115 load rating. I'll be replacing with Michelin X-Ice at 115 as well, so given I am taking off stock tires with 115s and reinstalling 115s I'm expecting zero issues.
And when was your delivery window?
Also, are you guys seeing the shipment updated in the "Order History" section of your Rivian.com login? Right now, mine just shows my last 2 orders (crossbars and tailgate pad).
I've done some light offroading with the 22's in Crested Butte, CO up by the 401 trail and also Doctor Park/Almont area. They did fine but definately found myself wishing I had more A/T style tires. That said, I do 99% of my driving on the road - I wouldn't go seeking out these types of trails...
Will you be putting them on 20s or 22s?
My 22s are about done but trying to use them as long as possible before putting on my snows and then I’ll shop this winter.
