my android phone as a key has worked perfectly for a year and now after this update it doesn't recognize my phone to drive as a key. It recognizes it to unlock the door. I deleted the phone re-added it multiple times no change so now I have to carry the fob.

Brian, bummer I just had Rivian mobile service here on 30a Thursday . I'm glad they are willing to drive this far from Atlanta .wish they could have gotten to your battery but the tech had three solid days of appointments from Panama City to Pensacola to mobile while he was down.

Hey Brian , I have an android phone and this is how the rivian app handles notifications. If you go into settings and notifications under the phones' android settings and deselect show dot under the badge. See attached pic . If there is an issue with the truck she will still get the notification...

I used teslafi (same developer) on my Tesla years ago and deleted it for the very same reason. The drain was excessive. I think you found the cause

I had my Tesla model 3 wrapped immidiately after delivery. Zero issues and glad I didn't Risk damage and chips while letting it "cure". I'm getting my R1s wrapped the day after delivery.
