@sillyME - sure - they are the 1up roof rack trays with lowest profile t-slot mounts. I have since adjusted them a little further back - the back of the trays is now aligned with the back of the tailgate. They worked ok where they were, but the front wheel clamp needed to be no further forward...

Apparently R1T and R1S service is all moving from the Plymouth location to this one in Madison Heights. Personally, I wish Plymouth was still an option. Apparently Plymouth is going to just service Amazon vans going forward.

Any tips on removing the plastic cover to connect a wire tap? I tried pulling at the front cutout by hand as well as slipping trim removal tools in at the corners and pulling or levering. Tools bend without cover movement.

My wife and I are both set up with PAAK. Often it recognizes her phone before mine. She thinks it’s very funny that I have to switch drivers to me to not be squashed into the steering wheel. I don’t know why the truck is trolling me - some side deal she’s made with Kathy, I suspect.

Maybe this type of software lockout is to protect against a number of mechanical failure modes and they want to be able to inspect prior to re-enabling to prevent catastrophic failures or safety issues.
