They have Li phosphate batteries intended for multiple charge discharge cycles unlike the rivian batteries. However I believe (hope) the rivian batteries will hold up as well as the Tesla ones and last far longer in useable condition than we keep the trucks

They do give a few hundred back for each delete but in my opinion not what the original option cost. Thanks for chipping in. Pun intended. I’m calling in AM when they open to cancel purchase. They will probably keep my 500 dollars but I knew that was a risky move when I did it.

My wife initially supported the purchase but soured in it when she saw all the option deletes. 98k and no massaging seats and heated steering wheel pissed her off She saiid why in the world are we paying so much more for a lightning with less range key option deletes. Hard to argue with that.

Blue cruise works great for me in hands off mode. When it is not available it defaults to lesser mode where hands on steering wheel is required

I think the Hummer looks tough and over the top. I like it but prefer the Rivian.
