Fair point. Disappointing they have had so many years to produce a vehicle with limited issues. I can tell by reading this forum that folks are becoming increasingly frustrated.
I've always known this company was on to something. They just need more time to polish a scalable product. Extremely...
Thank you for the post - agreed, my thoughts as well. My X & 3 maybe went to the shop once or twice during ownership. Y, from delivery to a year later, not once. And the 30 other ICE vehicles I've owned went to the shop sparingly...
I still want my Rivian ( I think) but am devastated to hear...
Look at my posts. The issues with this truck are stacking up, aren't they? From the glass to the washer fluid sprayers not working. The list is growing, unfortunately.
As a Rivian share holder I would hope quality is definitively improved over a 12-month time span. Hate me for post, but wowza, "let the dreamer dream" that we have a higher quality truck a year from now?
Thank you for the great feedback. After this topic, which already the feedback has helped, I will remove myself from the forum. People aren't dealing well with a potential customer questing the product.
100% agree....I've been a rivian nut. Went to Venice Beach with the sole purpose of seeing a Rivian, have rivian hats, swag, water bottles. Been talking about this damn truck for years. Online forum negativity got me.
That part is true...if we accept an $80k broken truck at delivery, most people would call us a dummy. And I'm being sarcastic about the equity. If/when I take delivery, I'm driving the hell out of it...not selling it.
I edited that immediately. And I say we...because my friends and family know I want this truck and can see all the issues being discussed. Then I find myself explaining why I would still take delivery.
Why would I be actively canceled. That makes zero sense. Because I'm voicing issues and concerns about quality - they would canceled my order?
You don't think like me so I'm booted from the group...because that would turn out well.
