Put it through it's paces towing a 4k lb trailer 200 miles each way already. And commuting. And showing it off. Current issues: 1. Clunking/tock in the drivetrain on each side up front. Occurs when transitioning from on power to off, or vice versa. Only started after commuting 75 miles each...

Same for me, except in reverse. I set mine to conserve mode, lowest height a couple times yesterday during my first 150 mile commute and found it at standard height a few times by itself. Having a few slots for user programmable presets on ride height/drive mode/etc would be great.

It feels like driveline lash to me. Also does it at slower speed with a gentle transition from on power to off power.

Thank you for this. I'm a little surprised at how few people tow here, or are willing to share their experiences. My first big tow is this weekend. Having data like this to factor in makes me have much more confidence.

I'm on day 2 of ownership and I agree with most everything you brought up. None of it is a deal breaker for me, but def things that could be improved upon, and mostly via software.

There is a good 2-3" of bare painted metal on the bottom of the door frame before the Rivian logo'd plastic covers. I've already gotten a small paint scratch on this area from someone getting into the truck with a small pebble stuck to their shoe. People end up using this area of the door sill...

My full sized spare hasn't arrived yet.

Tried to get it inspected, but inspection station needs to jack it up to do it. Will order the jack adaptor puck then try again.
