For me it only happens when I am using cruise control and I use the speed controls to accelerate after lets say using CC through a construction zone for miles, upon leaving I ramp it up to 75 from 35. I hear the clunk. It was shocking the first time I heard it.
I drove for 2300 miles and about 15-17 hours at a time in 97-103+ weather. The temperature never dropped below 93f while driving. It was really warm.
Summary:
Everything was fantastic. I'm saying this after having a horrific start to my ownership experience. RIVIAN has fixed all the issues...
I was getting a clunk when using Cruise Control and manually speeding up with the right button, i'd get a clunk as the acceleration progressed. I assume thats the rear motor engaging awkwardly?
Pro Tip:
For those in the 4 seasons weather areas, DO NOT use ICE scrapers. It will end your relationship with the windshield protection film.
Windshield film generally last about 12-14 months regardless. If you drive on a highway especially west of Central time zone. It is a good investment...

What is this?
Essentially NO BUYBACK. But.... The auto maker has to pay you for your time lost expenses etc. So what this is and what happens is your lawyer and RIVIAN will negotiate and accept a fee they will pay you for your inconvenience...

RIVIAN had it in for service, I received it.... then returned it next day. They performed the 4th alignment.....it worked! OMG...I have a car that drives straight. Tailgate fixed, new problem was heavy rattle from 12v replacement, They went in there and fixed that. Denver Service center did a...
Does this mean if my brake regeneration turns off due to high state of charge when towing, that maps won't keep getting shut off to tell me to use the brake assist wheel....every 30 seconds.? Towing and the onboard map system is a mess.
Even with no hands on the wheel it drifts. The RIVIAN steering wheel doesn't have a clock mechanism like older mechanical autos (I asked last time). It is the steering control module with a single point of attachment for the wheel (no fine entry adjustements). It only attaches the one way...
