    I've ran some tests with my wall charger yesterday and indeed I cannot unplug when the car is locked and charging. I've never tried it before :) So definitely that latch was broken because he was able to unplug when the Rivian was charging.

    Yep, he saw the Gear Guard video on the screen and waved. I did the same to his Tesla sentry when I unplugged his Tesla and plugged back the Rivian.

    Yes, it was actively charging the Rivian when he pulled the plug.

    Wow, maybe that could be that the latch was broken. I didn't pay much attention and just took for granted that it could be unplugged when locked. Have to try that with my wall charger

    Was staying a couple of nights at The Venetian in Vegas last week and decided to use their guest charging on Friday morning but it looks like a local Tesla owner decided the he was entitled to unplug my car to charge his car ? He did even waved when he saw Gear Guard.
