The video was a good background watch...a bit more insight into how Rivian is thinking about UX and being uniquely Rivian.
Mildly curious how VW's UI is going to look out of this. Seems like they're competing with Android Auto and Carplay at some point with at...

Interesting take... Especially with Alexa being horrible ?
Saw a interesting YouTube video on the Scout that mentioned that current VW dealers will probably use. Apparently, once you start franchising, it's really hard to go to a direct sales model.
Should be an interesting thing to watch ?
Even made tech blogs:

I think the generator option is a great idea too...suspension will likely be more reliable than an air suspension but not as fancy.
At first I thought this...
One thing I don't understand is why they're not improving QC at the factory.
I've always been taught that if a problem happens in the field, it's 10X more expensive to fix...in terms of cost and bad PR.
They should be building better jigs for panel alignment and better testing for electrical...
I stopped by today and they apparently had a last minute schedule change and yesterday was the last day ?
Was curious to see how much smaller the R2 and R3 were.
The R1T and R1S were all decorated for Halloween though... Nice touch.
FWIW, I learned OPD on my first Rivian test drive... Pretty smooth halfway through the test drive.
Rented a few EVs (Tesla and Polestar) from Hertz before this but they all had creep mode on to act more like cars.
OPD isn't bad at all...you get used to slowing down by releasing your...
Wonder if it's a new car thing... apparently affects land rovers too:

Interesting that purchases of $100k+ vehicles dropped 46% this year...
FWIW I test drove at the Boston Space and was very impressed. Test drove with a knowledgeable guide. Answered all my questions. Wish the drive was longer (city so you can only do so much in 30min) but was told I could come back and do another demo.
Space was also nice...well laid out space...
