I've driven two of them in different trims and they are commonly available. What luck is needed? But it falls FAR short of Rivian in everything except for ADAS and repairability.
LOL what? It still top of my list, after driving the others.
Depends on what "the entire software system" means. If it's all of the ADAS in gen 1, then yes, that entire software system is objectively and provably awful. If "entire software system" means all of the software in the vehicle, then it really shines in places and is awful in others.
LOLLLLL!! Not only did I not get blocked, he read 24 (!) of my posts in rapid succession just a bit ago. Being stalked is flattering.
(I have a little code in my sig that shows views and interactions)
Your post has great value to those of us considering a Rivian or all the other options. It doesn't seal the deal against Rivian for me, but adds another large sum in the "against" column. The unfortunate reality is that shitty EV trucks like the F150 do have an advantage. Owners report that...
Adding a point: When I buy a vehicle that will go off road, I immediately try lifting each end using multiple locations. You never know what will/won't be accessible when you have a problem. And problem means both tire failure and being stuck. I always shoot for one frame lift point and one...
Yeah, it's really telling how the fanboism goes on some forums. Here you have to shit on Tesla and praise Rivian 100%. It's just a car, not a lifestyle. Despite how much the marketers tell you to make it your personality.
On a Toyota forum I was told about the same thing when noting how...
Do any of these lock in place while the truck is locked? Similar to how the gear guard cable locks and unlocks? It would be great for added security, but I'd hate to have to go into screens to unlock it while driving. I've read from others that the speaker is sometimes locked while driving...
I tried but Donnie mistook the directions and went to Pizza Hut instead. Imagine their confusion. You should just block this thread, it's been worthless entertainment for a while. Well, since the Tesla haters' media darling got debunked.
You're not kidding. First they shorted my check because they said it was way too easy to disprove the anti-Tesla drivel here. Now they keep saying "it's in the mail" and to be patient.
No, of course not, comparing one safety feature to another safety feature is logical and valid. It's what you should do also, rather than create moving goal posts for them based on prejudice.
Once again I bet you can't quote the thread where that happened. However it's pretty easy to point out where hypocrites applied different standards to different vehicle safety features based on prejudice or derangement.
Bullshit. I mean, maybe Rivian's awful system can't, but many others can. The Rivian tells me how much the trailer weighs, and it could do the math. Additionally it has sensors that can change the braking force thousands of times per second.
This is so incredibly stupid and pushes me towards Tesla/Ford/Chevy for a vehicle that can tow.
As far as regular cruise, can't you just go into trailer, and select the "rear accessories" mode to make it disable adaptive? Which is stupid, but answers OP's question I think.
