Wow!!! So sad to hear that. This is happening because Rivian is giving VIP treatment to some and taking others for granted.

Seems like there is some confusion here, I said failed as a company to have my (and possibly many others) faith in them.

@Tango45 I wasn't sure that I have to take someone's permission or wait for milk to expire before I can share my thoughts. Also, I have already emailed my concerns to Rivian and I will not rest until I get answers to every one of those. I think every one of us should do that to get our voices...

In democracy 51% is considered majority however as per your logic 82% is not majority as well. Seems like you are having some insights based on how strongly you are defending Rivian. IMO, Rivian has failed as a company if majority of R1S pre order holders here are drawing negative conclusion...

Agree 1000%, they clearly cheated R1S pre order holders. I have seen some R1T holders defending 1000% agree. This is ridiculous and unacceptable behavior from Rivian. No genuine reason can defend it, period.

I agree there may be but Rivian never told specifically in last 6 months or so that either they have supply issues specific to R1S or building R1S is not a priority for so & so reasons. So, it is not a bad faith but more of judgement came out from Rivian's behavior lately. Also, my frustration...

I honestly feel cheated if they are doing that kind of stuff. R1S deliveries started already so now it makes absolutely no sense to prioritize R1T over R1S. I changed my config and decided to pay 5k more from my original one just to get earliest delivery but they don't have any respect for that...

Wow Not sure if that should really matter, if you have noticed @COdogman made R1T order in Dec'21 with delivery estimate of Q2'23.

Wow so they are prioritizing R1T over R1S. My R1S was ordered in October'21 and delivery estimate is in Q4'23.

W Wow this really horrible, My order date was in October'21 and estimated delivery is in Q4'23. Seems like they just did lottery.

Me too ordered in October'21, never cancelled in March still same delivery timeline. Extremely disappointed.

This is really disappointing. Mine is October'21 order and roughly around 50k total orders mark as I remember from news then. I made all possible config changes to make sure earliest possible delivery but these estimates are 3-6 months delayed IMO. I was expecting Q1 or Q2 at worst considering...
