Exactly. At the point of this I wasn't sure what the issue was period or thought to do reset having never done one before. I didn't know where to start and kinda freaking out because I couldn't go anywhere else with 1 mile. I just wanted to put all this out there to hopefully spare someone else.

Ahh yes - my thinking was clouded to think of this with a 4 year old crying in the back lol. I needed a 911 and rivian service delivered :p

Sure did on Saturday. Drove up to Cleveland to save myself 2 more days of waiting and grabbed it myself. Sorry to add to this - but it was completely worth the wait, everything it's hyped to be and more. If you're in the area - PM me and I'd be glad to show it to you - to help take the edge off...

Finally - Scheduled pickup in Cleveland (3.5 hours away) on Saturday. Original Guide contact was oct 14 - pretty good turn around.

They have a service center planned in cincy in Sharonville across from the Fossil Park. Via reddit somewhere I saw and there is an address floating around.

That's great. Third LE, LG, BM combo including myself that got their vins this week and purchase process from just me browsing FB and this group. My hunch was right about that combonation I think. My vin is 2527.

Someone on facebook had very similar situation they reported today, from this week. Same exact config - was OC - changed to BM and then got a purchase process email shortly after that. I really feel the Launch Edition, Launch green, with BM is a safe bet for priority but that's just my gut speaking.
