Hi,I am glad you posted this - I meant to do this after my thanksgiving trip to Sedona from SoCal but got busy with life... I went to 2 different EA with very low charge and kids in the car in unfamiliar territory - changed multiple chargers, spoke with EA 2x - overall about one hour on phone with them trying resetting two of the chargers - eventually I realized it was my car and not the chargers after someone was successful on a charger I had failed on - called Rivian - sorted in minutes! I only charge with EA because generally I find them the best out there but this was a Baaad hiccupEarly days I guess - I love my R1T no matter what

What did Rivian say was the issue and how did you solve it?
