My opinion, Stay with the MX if you are happy with it. Just let the Rivian go, it does not worth the money to be beta tester, because that what we are now until the next 5-10 years.

I'm sorry to heard that, Looks like your plug/connector didn't popup from the attachment, so may be rubbing the whole time ? How many miles have your truck ? I thought it was an isolated issue, but looks l like is not. They took a week to get the part and do the repair in Miami SC.
