They buried it for some reason and it's all charging, not just your own. In the app, go to the person icon on the bottom, tap "manage account", "charging history".
Sport/lowest before this update I felt like some of the 2022 F1 cars bouncing all over the place after hitting a bump. I think they tamed that some which makes it more usable. I've not really tried to do enough aggressive driving to discern which would actually be better performance.
The motor connect/disconnect isn't some newfangled Rivian thing (like the powered tonneau). Others do similar and do it in an automated fashion even why driving on the highway. There's no inherent reason why switching into/out of conserve should be a problem.
I probably should've included in my post that you have to use trickeration to get them to display (or have the newer truck software). The app uses feature flags to enable/disable different options which you can fake out to maybe get extra features early. The "surface" controls don't work on...
