I appreciate the offer - but I'm good until I can get sliders. I had one of those middle panels come almost all the way off in the swamp so I pulled it off. When I was cleaning the truck I noticed that the other side middle panel had two clips and two tabs out, so I pulled that one off too...

I use my spare area for recovery, charging, power, and air gear, and keep my inflatable spare in my garage. I like the idea of tossing a spare on a roof basket or a hitch-mounted swing away carrier for any hard core use (none of which I'll probably ever do, but who knows)

Thanks for sharing. We haven’t camped in ours yet. But if we lose power with a hurricane this year our plan is to head to the garage and sleep in the R1S and Model Y, so we should probably try it out sometime. Has anyone tried just a regular inflatable intex mattress?
