  2. California WTT: 22" Bright Wheel for any 20" AT Wheel

My 22" Bright Wheel and Tire with about 6k miles is being used as a spare. I would prefer a 20" AT wheel to use as a spare. Want to trade for a 20" AT, or 20" AT Bright wheel, or for a 20" AT Dark wheel + cash. If your tire has zero mileage, I can add some cash to make it an even trade...

  4. Advice please - getting dog in/out of R1T

Maybe some plastic folding steps like this? They don't attach the vehicle, so the door width shouldn't matter. https://www.amazon.com/Bee-Neat-Folding-Kitchen-Closet/dp/B08SHVD5Y9/ Or https://www.chewy.com/frisco-foldable-cat-dog-plastic/dp/540726 Or...

  6. How to Improve a Rivian R1T's Meridian Sound System w/ Simple EQ Changes (Equipment Measured Tests & Results) + Comparison to Elevation System

Former sound engineer chiming in here. Just tried out these setting in my Meridian R1T and it BANGS! Damn, I am hearing new details I would only hear in my hifi speakers. I am using Tidal. I'm surprised how much more spatial it makes the music versus The hip Hop setting I was using previously...
  7. As a pre-order holder, do you pick the R1S Dual Motor for $59,920 - $7,500 rebate = $52,420 or wait for the R2?

You will get used to the size. My wife drives our R1T through our crowded schools turnaround with no problem. And the R1S is significantly smaller. The 360 camera is very helpful. Plus you get it NOW! Worst case, if you really hate it, sell it when you get the R2 which is still two plus years away
  8. PSA: Don't leave seatbelts connected

Turning off immediately would be a poor user experience. You don't want climate to turn off when the driver gets out when there's a passenger waiting in the car in front seat
  9. PSA: Don't leave seatbelts connected

You do get phone notifications when the battery gets low. Also, what is the appropriate amount of time to assume the baby/dog is dead? That's a lot of liability for the company to assume. Also what if that time limit is set to 1 day, but you only have 12 hours of battery left. Then what...
  10. PSA: Don't leave seatbelts connected

For sure this isn't the case for the back seats. I've had car seats in the back since day one.
  11. PSA: Don't leave seatbelts connected

Is this true just for the front seat? I have my car seats buckled up in the back. Suck this happened, thanks for sharing

Rivian road and sport tires are 33 inch, all terrain tires are 34 inch diameter.
  13. Marques Brownlee: "Living with the Tesla Cybertruck So You Don't Have To!"

Even if that was the case, the billionaire Tim wouldn't care about what people are posting on the internet. He's flying people all across the world in for parties, cruising in luxury boats, planes, and cars, seeing the world, having every single need taken care of, Living that billionaire life...
  14. It’s here (Tesla charging), but you can’t charge yet. why bother letting us know?

Why alert "us"?? No... it's to alert potential customers with range anxiety and those currently owning Tesla's who are on the fence about switching
  15. Does rear of the R3 comply with DOT regulation?

  17. Very glad Rivian isn’t playing stupid games like Tesla here

When you start a company, you will be grateful for your early adopters and supporters. If your company is successful, you will also want to reward them by giving them special perks. It's one of the incentives for being an early adopter.
  18. Should I be worried about RJ? ?

After his presentation at the press event, he came back out to take some pictures with his family in front of the R3. There was a VERY beautiful woman there with them, who was friendly with RJ, hugging him and pinching his cheeks. Wasn't his wife. Trying to figure out who it was. Was it his sister?
