But things don't last forever and large companies that refuse to see that are going to go the way of Kodak, etc. Refusal to move to the future is going to mean they will be gone in 20 years.
I hand wash after road trips to get the bugs off. I think I've been to an auto wash twice in 3 years with the truck. I'll hose it down if it's really dirty but otherwise very little washing.
Same here. I was ready to cancel after the price hike but they relented so I got mine for around $75k with the off road package and free white paint. And I only bought it due to the additional $11k tax breaks. I probably won't ever buy a car that expensive again so I'll be looking at an R2 or...
Tone and wording of the post has a lot to do with it. Also when people refuse to try things that have worked as fixes, to me that's just complaining with no interest in getting a solution.
You aren't the owner until you take delivery. Just like car companies can fix issues at the factory, they can fix issues during delivery without telling the buyer. As has been said before, every car company does this.

I don't think EREVs will have a long lifespan. They are a bandaid to get people to move to the future. Unfortunately I think 95% of the reason EVs don't sell well in the US is mostly due to our corporate culture and a lot of politics. No reason for companies to change if they are making...
Mine seems to be better with the new software update (.46 I think). It was bad with the previous software but I guess I don't need to constantly check on my truck that it bothered me that much.
Haven't gotten it yet but I hope it fixes my Vehicle Offline issues while it's sitting in the garage right next to the router. Have to do an infotainment reset for it to start working again.
Hopefully holding onto my Gen 1 until I can replace it with something with solid state batteries. Nice to have faster charging than 200kW but the real game changer will be able to hold that charge rate from 0-90%+
