For me, the passenger window suddenly doesn't close all the way. It came back from the SC like that, despite no work related to that being done…
Now waiting on a mobile appointment as any attempts at self calibration have not worked.
I literally said nothing to get a loaner, they just did it. Guessing it depends on what they have for loaners and the nature if the repair. In the past I got rental cars, but that was in the early days, before they had “old” Rivians laying around.
Oh and maybe even set the charge limit back to 100% if you want, that's how it came to me, but even though it wasn't my truck I brought it down to 70% because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sleep at night ;).
Just had my R1S in the service center, and was handed the key fob and card key for a loaner R1T. I was only in it a fews days, but long enough for me to add some personal settings/data that I didn't want to leave with the vehicle for the next person.
Here is a simple checklist to start with...
Just got my R1S back for this issue. It went in on the 14th, 17th was a holiday and still got it back the 19th. Very happy with the speed of the repair after hearing the horror stories about cars sitting for weeks.
I had the AC retrofit, the front half shafts and hubs, plus subframe retrofit...
The charge rate dropping at 80% might be a different issue. https://www.rivianforums.com/forum/threads/l2-charger-down-to-2-7kwh-at-24f-should-i-be-worried.37845/post-686772
I had that error a few weeks back, I was surprised. I disconnected and reconnected the drive, the error didn’t resurface and it has been recording.
I also deleted some random Rivian produced video that had appeared on there. I rarely check clips, so not sure how long it was on there.
