I don't have any experience with PPF. The piece that comes off is a pretty big piece of not so rigid plastic. So it gets flexed during disassembly and assembly. If the PPF is OK with that, then it should be fine.
The piece that comes off goes from wheel well to wheel well right to left, and...
I had the recall done by mobile service a few days ago. I watched.
The front bumper cover comes off with a collection of screw and snap connectors.
The two blinker assemblies are replaced. No other parts were replaced. Nothing was done related to my headlights. Took maybe an hour and a half.
My 2025 R1S Tri-Max has a cupholder and the cubby with the flip up armrest. I had to go look to see what I had.
I am glad I saw this thread because when I flipped the lid up on the cubby I found 5 pinecones and an acorn that my grandkids left behind.
I'm sure deer aren't hiding by the side of the road chomping at the bit to jump out in front of unsuspecting vehicles and ending their own lives in the process.
You ever drive around western Pennsylvania? That is EXACTLY how they behave here.
On my drive today, about 200 miles of interstate, I felt the lane change was much smoother.
I agree that the vehicle wanders a little in the lane. Once or twice I felt it moved over as I passed a truck, but maybe that was expectation bias.
When I traded my Boxster in on my Rivian, I wondered what would happen to it.
Then I found it for sale here

Good luck in your search. I traded my second Boxster, a 2016 GTS, on my Rivian. I was an active PCA member, lots of HPDE's, and an SCCA road racer before that.
I found the Porsche community welcoming and helpful.
I think taking my R1S Tri Motor to the track would be pretty entertaining, but the...
I think some of the confusion / missed expectations for someone new to EV's, like myself, comes from the way that ICE and EV vehicles get good efficiency / range in different situations. EPA "highway" mileage for an ICE vehicle is just about always higher than "city" mileage, where the opposite...
After hard and soft reset, and resetting both Trip A and Trip B, both my A & B kWh counters are working correctly.
But before that the B counter showed way more energy usage than my total charging history.
I did a hard and soft reset, and reset both trip A and trip B. Now both seem to be reading correctly. Kind of a bummer, I was using trip B as a "lifetime" counter. First world problem, I'll get over it.
I'll see tomorrow if everything is OK again.
I have this issue also. Gen 2, Trimotor. Definitely started after the last update.
I have never reset Trip B, which now shows that I have used 1718 kWh. But my charging history total is 1530 kWh.
Also my trip A now says I have used 195 kWh in the last 89 miles. I have not been to the drag strip...
I was going for the laugh more than the math, but since you brought it up...
I have a Gen2 RIS Trimotor, 850 Hp. If All Purpose is 70%, that would be .7*850=595.
Then to get from 595 back to 850 is a percent increase of (850-595)/595=0.43 or 43%.
In any case, enough Hp for nearly all situations.
