This is a great move. I believe it’s more than generous given they are giving customers till Sept. And interestingly this will mean a clean Dec 24 qtr - one in which they’ll benefit from no more LCNRV and fully benefit from the line upgrades.

I’m so glad the partnership broke down and Ford largely exited the shareholder base. Ford’s EV business is a mess whereas Rivian hasn’t looked back.
