@Riviot
Did you ever find load rating for the 2363 (1DZ12TRMAB)?
I found 2601# recently on Detroit Wheel:

@Rexbo
Have the Ram 2363 wheels (same +18 offset as OP, but 8” wide) and picking tires.
Looking at Open Country 35” 11.5” 20 (nearly 295/65/r20). My plan is to use these exclusively for off road (standard or snow mode to get to trailhead, then rally/all-terrain/rock crawl). I’ll switch back...
Just completed R1S installation and can confirm that the revised version with the bracket cutout allows plenty of clearance for my 3rd party jack pucks and the version 1 Rivian spare kit adapter. I also have the version 2 Rivian spare kit and that has a very narrow top so will easily clear...
I’ve been meaning to look into this. My light stopped working around the time the towing update came out (the one where it estimates your towing weight). I had assumed it was my janky setup that shorted somewhere but I haven’t gotten around to rewiring. If the Thule plate isn’t working either, I...
Don’t think it would
Not sure swapping it out would achieve much. It’s the awkward placement that make the current handle kind of non-functional. If you swap it for something that sticks out more, you’d probably hit you head on it getting in and out.
Just an FYI. Jack puck interference is only relevant if you reinstall the plastic covers. The pucks simply allow lifting without having to remove the plastic panels.
If you leave the covers off, the entire exposed area around the jack point on the frame is safe for lifting. See manual excerpt...
this is a picture with the arm swung out. The accessory hitch is lower then the mounted AT wheel, so there would probably be enough clearance if there was a really long shaft to the bike rack - maybe a 2-3 bike rack where you just wouldn’t be able to uses the closer slots. I know the secondary...
@Chud
Put truck in kneel mode. Stack 2 on a cardboard box on the tail gate and slide them in. For a little added “insurance” you can get some ratchet straps to bundle each pair together, although at 90 lbs they’re not going anywhere. Set of 4 ATs with tires fits no problem.
Are you using the carrier with OEM AT 20” wheels? If so, this hitch carrier may have the same issues as the eTrailer others have used earlier in this thread:
The eTrailer (and likely the Curt) will need spacers to mount the +48 offset of the Rivian AT wheels. See earlier in this thread...
Thanks for the info on the updated weight. Site FAQ still list 88lbs/side for R1S. Seems like there was a 10% bump somewhere along the revisions. Not a huge deal in and of itself, but these little hits add up.
Just ordered mine with the NewYear20 code - 20% off AND free shipping. Just a little north of $1200! Was debating between the RMaxx and DCE, but rally can’t beat this price for what seems like equally capable armor.
Plan to install with the plastic panels slotted. I think this is a great...
Gaps are a concern for me too. Trails around Vegas have really fine sand - gets everywhere and can take on a clay consistency in the rain or even after a car wash if you’re not meticulous about power washing it.
While I really love the clean look of the RMaxx and the added wider plate (as I...
Question - and it may just be preference, but does it matter whether you install with the triple slots oriented forward or backward? Seems like ^^^ could theoretically direct small debris or water towards the door? Probably makes no difference at all, just curious if I’m overthinking it…
For my R1S, I’m about to pull the trigger on DCE/Weistec slider over RMaxx for reasons of:
1. Weight (108 lbs vs 176 lbs for RMaxx); already carrying around extra 200 lbs with hitch mounted full size AT spare and recovery gear.
2. Shipping (4-6 weeks vs ??? For RMaxx)
Price differential is...
I didn’t take a picture. Sorry. I just trimmed one of those plastic report binders at an angle so it fit snug right up against the divider between the main driver window and quarter pane. I then used 1.5” wide clear packing tape along the entire length. Be sure to fold over a little corner of...
