Have you tried to re calibrate it? We had this issue about a year ago where you had to re-calibrate it every other day but nothing like that is a long time.

Yes, as signal gets good/bad, HD radio will cause it to fade in and out. Turning off HD radio can help a little but they still mute...

The 20's from my gen1 quad fit my gent 2 DM that came with 22's because the overall diameter was almost identical.
I drove 6000mi and never had one issue - but I think taller people on the forums seem to have more issues if I am remembering correctly.
Also dont forget you can adjust the lumbar support which could cause issues if it is pushed out too far or too little.
I have the same issue - I like to keep my plex server locked down and have a Wireguard server setup. Its common, you will find the same issue on a lot of smart TV's.
I think the strategy changes based on the destination. If you are going somewhere that has a lot of chargers, then we go based on what we want to do. If we go to an area that does not, then you plan around the charger locations.
