Thank you for this information. I too am facing a decision, look for an extended warranty or move on to something else. This year, I put almost 28k miles on my R1T Quad. Total mileage is over 49k. Retirement has been fun for us.

Rivian service has been great to work with.
Normally I call in with my questions. They have also called me back to answer my questions I have sent in via the app.
Rivian gets my families economic vote, we are excited about the R2. The wife's garage is set up for a charger too.
My fronts were recently replaced. Took about a week too. Houston service center was great to work with.

I set a charging schedule for our R1T while we were traveling and noticed it was charging just over 1 kwh per day. This was with the vehicle locked in a closed, non climate controlled garage in SE Texas this summer.

I have a 996 and enjoyed monthly autocross events when I lived in Oklahoma. Now I live to far from the action in rural Texas. I hardly drive it but I still smile every time I do. They are fun cars and have started going up in price.
