Got this code from Las Vegas SC. Had to submit a ticket to get it lol!
This applies to the glossy black trim areas. Had a little roof rack SNAFU.
HIGH GLOSS BLACK EXP001
Can’t buy from Rivian, but can order from 3rd party vendors.
I’m in Nevada and enrolled in the Driver+ monitoring as well as the SmartRide program.
When I enrolled in the Driver+, they told me I would not get any direct feedback on usage like the SmartRide app offers. I signed up anyway, hoping *maybe* to eek out a small discount.
With SmartRide I am...
Definitely need spacer with Rivian offset. Maybe not with other aftermarket wheels. Hitch has two accessory 2” hitch tubes. The tire blocks the upper with a clearance of 1/2” on the diagonal. The lower hitch tube is still accessible for a hitch shackle.
There is a locking latch point that...
Not sure if you’re still looking, but if so consider Rigid Armor. I just posted a write up here:

Here’s a link to write up and pics on Rigid Armor Swing Arm Carrier

I bought a used Rigid Armor swing arm hitch mount spare tire carrier from a local seller. After a quick test fit, I was sold. The model is a Subaru Cross-Trek Hybrid version link: https://www.rigid-armor.com/shop/subaru-crosstrek-hybrid-swing-out-tire-carrier
He also had the optional fold down...
Looks like the site info needs to be updated. This is what is says for the R1S running board/slider combo. I can’t imaging the R1S would be that much lighter even with the shorter wheelbase.
80 extra lbs on the R1T is nothing to scoff at. Numbers add up with spare/shield/other gear.

I settled on this from Rigid Armor. I bought it used from someone who had the Subaru CrossTrek version. Slightly off center to the passenger side, but otherwise fits like a glove. 3 mm of space from main body of hitch to bumper, and about 2 mm clearance to upper hitch locking mechanism with...
Sorry. Just to clarify, I did the i3 ceramic which is 3 layers in 1 film. I did not go dark. I essentially put clear on the back, tinted 2nd row to match the back, and did 70% front sides and windshield.
Didn’t want to mess with Utah cops. But also a little better viewing for off road.
I used DC Auto for windshield and sides. Did the triple layer ceramic on the sides, but they said they could only apply the single layer on the windshield.
Still feel a little warmth when driving directly into the sun. Totally happy with the with the other applications.
Curious to know who...

I’ve been shopping around and doing a lot of research on wheels/tires because I know so little. Just a couple thoughts from what I see on the site and what I’ve read.
The picture shows a 6 lug wheel - probably just a stock photo of a different version, but I’d double check. The...

Put simply, my wife loves her eTron. It is refined and essentially flawless. She does her errands and carries on with all the *other* things in life she enjoys. She would have returned it in a heartbeat if it had any of the imperfections the Rivian has. That is her expectation - a car...
Just a few days ago HWA tapped the brake at 70 mph for absolutely no reason. I was in the center lane with no one else around! Scared the hell out of me.
For your situation, could it have been that HWA disengaged, but lane keeping (Driver+) was still on in the background and thrown off by the...
I wonder what role side plastic covers actually serve. They seem pretty flimsy in the install videos, so I can’t imagine they offer too much protection.
The EVSportline provides the most coverage, but also weigh the most at 135 lbs. DCE is the lightest at 108 lbs. Megawatt is 129 lbs. Seems...
