I’m not a rivian fanboy by any means, but what do you expect? The company just started selling its vehicles with the absolute worst timing in history. They are backlogged like crazy. And you expect good customer service? Other auto companies that are well established still have their issues as well.
I’ve been in constant contact with my guide after receiving my VIN and rough estimate of delivery at the end of January. I have been told my truck has been manufactured and is waiting to be loaded onto a train headed for Miami. I have my 8 steps completed that have to be completed. Today I...
I didn’t even shop around to be honest. I bought the model Y in June and did my shopping then. I have USAA and everything is more expensive or very close to what they charge me that I didn’t bother switching. The rivian will add $80 per year to my payments so not mad about it.
Unfortunately I’ll need the funds from the model y to help pay for the rivian. My guide has been great but lately has been a tad quiet. Might just be out of town or something. I have so many questions. You’re in for a great ride for your first EV!
Mine is supposedly end of month as well. What guide were you assigned? I have Sara. Hoping this actually all goes through on schedule. Selling my car Saturday and would love to have a vehicle close after.
I'm close to Jupiter as well. Was going to call around today and get a few quotes. I too only want the front done. Let me know what you find.
Also how did you find out your target date? My guide was super vocal when first assigned. Since then, I haven't heard much. I have 6 steps completed...
I know this thread is pretty quiet lately, but finally received my vin. anyone in the palm beach area: how was delivery for you? Flatbed delivery or did you have to go to the Miami service center?
I recently switched my reservation from the R1S back to the R1T for personal reasons and received a vin at the beginning of the year. I was super excited and finished my 8 steps other than payment. It hit me to look at the vin and I notice it’s extremely low. 001***. Is this bad? I can only...
I’m finally in my 8 step process. I have my 22 model Y that I’ll be either trading in or private selling. Private sale price higher side has the vehicle going for roughly $60k. Trade in value on KBB has anywhere from $53k - $58k. Rivian offered me $51k today for my trade in. How much does this...
IMO it’s because those items are easily stolen and my vehicle is not. Can’t leave the golf cart out without weather damage or someone stealing. That’s my reasoning anyway
@disneydad will you answer this? This is pertinent information that has yet to be acknowledged by you.
It is unfortunate to see negative speculation but there’s speculation due to you not being so forthcoming with your story/information.
